Why is my device is not connecting to the wifi?
Answer
Some common connections issues are:
- Your device has a VPN running
Please disable this before using the college wifi
- Your device has custom DNS servers set
Please change these to automatic
- The wifi regulatory domain is incorrect
International phones e.g. Oppo phones are not compatible with the "z" wifi regulatory domain
- Windows updates haven't been run
Make sure all Windows updates have been run and the device rebooted
