The ebook I am trying to access is locked. Why can't I access this ebook?

Answer

The main reason is that the library has limited copies of the ebook and someone else is using it.

We normally have 1 copy of each title and if someone else is using the book then it will be locked until they have finished. Once they have closed the book you will be unable to access it.

If they don't close out of it, the book will "time out" and then it is available for the next person to use.
