My Standards Australia account is blocked! How can I access the Standards again?

Answer

Your Standards Australia account becomes blocked when you enter your password incorrectly too many times.

When this happens you will receive an email in your college email account from i2i SAIG Helpdesk with instructions on how you can unblock your account. If the email is not in your inbox, please check your junk folder.

 

Remember, your password for Standards Australia is not linked to your college password so will not automatically update when you reset your college password.
