How do I reset my Standards Australia database password?

Your Standards Australia database password is not linked to your college password. You create this password when you register for your account.
If you forget your password and need to reset it:
1. Go to the Standards Australia database
2. Enter your college email address and click Next
3. Click the Forgot password? link (at the bottom of the login screen)
4. Re-enter your email address and click Submit. A confirmation email will appear.
5. Go to your college email address, find the "Intertek Inform Password Change Confirmation" email and click on the Confirm Password Change button.
Note: if it doesn't appear in your inbox, check the junk folder.
6. Enter and confirm your new password, then click on Update Password
7. A confirmation message will appear, click on the login button.
8. Enter your login and new password to log into the database.
