Answer
There are several reasons this may be happening:
- Check if your phone blocks unknown numbers.
- Turn off Do Not Disturb and/or power-saving modes.
- An old phone number was used for account recovery before MFA was introduced.
If there’s an old phone number associated with your TAFE account, please contact your lecturer or library staff to have this reset. If attending a library for help, please bring ID so we can verify your identity.
