I used to have an SMS sent to me with a code, but now I can’t do that.

Answer

For security reasons, this feature was recently removed. The Microsoft authenticator app is the primary method of authentication from now on.


You may still be able to receive a security code via SMS, but it will show as invalid when entered into the computer or other device. If you require assistance setting up the MFA app, please speak to either your lecturer or library staff for assistance.
