Answer

There are several actions to take that may solve this issue:

  • Close and re-open the app.
  • Unlock the phone with your phone’s password/biometrics if prompted.
  • Ensure if the authenticator app is allowed to send you notifications.
  • Turn off power-saving mode/do not disturb on your phone.

If these do not work, please contact your lecturer or the library and ask for your MFA to be reset.
