I copied the reference / citation from Supersearch and it looks correct, but shouldn’t it be indented on the second line?

Yes, it should be. Please use the hanging indent feature of Word to set this up. The easiest way to do this is to:  

  1. select your reference list  

  1. right click on the highlighted text  

  1. select paragraph  

  1. drop down the Special box under Indentation to select Hanging  

  1. click OK
