A standard says it is unavailable or that I can’t access it. Why?
Answer
There are a couple of reasons:
1. The Australian Standards platform has been upgraded or the subscription renewed.
If you see an “Invalid parameters. Please re-download this document” error when you try to open an Australian Standard PDF from your device, you will need to go to the database to re-download the Australian Standard.
2. We do not have access to every standard listed on the standards website.
If you require a standard that says it is "unavailable":
Students - Contact your lecturer, who will need to then contact the library to arrange access.

Library staff will evaluate the request and be in contact with you.
