How do I link my personal email to Microsoft 365?

Answer

1. In a web browser open Outlook.
2. Go to the settings cog top right hand side.
3. Click ‘view all outlook settings’ (very bottom of the page)
4. Click settings ‘email’
5. Click ‘forwarding’
6. Tick the box ‘enable forwarding’
7. Enter personal email in the box ‘forward my email to’
8: Tick the box ‘keep a copy of forwarded messages’
9. Click ‘save’
