Job description forms from the Department of Education have been uploaded into several areas of our learning content. Is this allowed?

Answer

https://mirrors.creativecommons.org/presskit/buttons/88x31/png/by.pngFortunately, the WA Department of Education have made their website content available under a Creative Commons Attributions 4.0 licence, see www.education.wa.edu.au/copyright. You can even see the Creative Commons (CC) symbol on their job description forms (JDFs).

So, if you upload a DoE JDF to Blackboard, you should include a CC attribution as near as possible to the form. Remember the acronym TASL (title, author, source, licence) when attributing CC content, see Labelling and Attributing (TAFE) for more information.
