Job description forms from the Department of Education have been uploaded into several areas of our learning content. Is this allowed?
Answer
Fortunately, the WA Department of Education have made their website content available under a Creative Commons Attributions 4.0 licence, see www.education.wa.edu.au/copyright. You can even see the Creative Commons (CC) symbol on their job description forms (JDFs).
So, if you upload a DoE JDF to Blackboard, you should include a CC attribution as near as possible to the form. Remember the acronym TASL (title, author, source, licence) when attributing CC content, see Labelling and Attributing (TAFE) for more information.
